This isn’t just a Reformer class—it’s an elevated movement experience designed for your whole body, in a small-group setting that feels both personal and powerful. With only 4 people per session, you’ll receive individualized support as you rotate through premium Pilates equipment: Reformers, Wunda Chairs, and Towers.

Each class is carefully structured to build strength, flexibility, and alignment—using spring resistance, breath, and intentional flow to unlock new levels of control and connection. Whether you're looking to enhance your current practice or just getting started, this class meets you where you are—with expert guidance, uplifting energy, and a deeply effective full-body workout.
