THE SET CLASSES

We offer energizing and empowering classes designed to challenge and strengthen your body while nurturing your mind{set}.

Classes are based in pilates, barre, sculpt & yoga with plenty of creativity from our talented instructors . Walk in the door, take a deep breath, move in community and remember what's important - all while having FUN. This might just be your new happy place. 

  • Improve strength, mobility & work every muscle in Pilates Fusion. This powerful musically driven class has a Pilates foundation + incorporates cardio, props and resistance exercises. You'll get all of this in just ONE class, maximizing your workout - and your time.

  • Focus on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles aka “your powerhouse” with each movement. This is a low impact class based on the principles of Joseph Pilates.

  • A fusion style class where you will experience a deep mind body connection through traditional Barre exercises with sprinklings of dance, Pilates and Yoga. You do NOT need to be a dancer or have a dance background for this class! Our highly skilled instructors will guide you through each exercise seamlessly.

    Traditional “Barre” exercises translate seamlessly to the floor & mat while improving balance, coordination, flexibility & stamina. Like all of our classes at The Set, this challenging workout is paired with smiles, good music and FUN!

  • This high energy, sweaty class will utilize props like bands, gliders, weights & more to keep you moving and your body fully engaged. We incorporate cardio along with creative sequences to give you the most bang for your buck!

  • Bring that little cutie with you to class! You can wear your babe, keep them in their seat or lay blankets on your mat while you move. This is an anything goes class Meagan has taught for years and she has seen it all. Meagan has even taught with her own babies on her - literally nursing and teaching. Don’t be shy, come ready to move and take care of YOU while in community with other mamas who are in the same boat.
